How to book your photoshoot and what is the process after ?
How do I book a session ?
Want to know a little more about how it works? Here's an overview :
First thing first, how do you book a shoot ? Simple, you can either complete the Contact form on my website, or you can send me an email at hello@clairedubostphotography.co.uk
Just let me know what type of session you are interested in : Maternity, Newborn, Baby, Family or Smash cake.
If you are pregnant, it's good to let me know how many weeks you are now. Ideally we want to book your session from 33 weeks , so your bump is nice and round :)
For newborn session, it's best to book after your 20 weeks scan. We would pencil a date for 7-10 days after your due date. Then just let me know once baby is here and we can adjust the date.
For a 1st birthday session with smash cake and bubble bath, we can do it when your little one is 11 to 14 months old. If you want the photos to be ready before the actual birthday, then let's book it 1 month before.
When you enquire, I will send you my Pricing & Products Guide, which explains in details my different packages and all the products you can invest in after the shoot to display your photos in the best way that suits you (because what's the point of having photos on your laptop right!)
How do I confirm my date ?
Confirm your session date with a £100 deposit, which is then deducted from the session fee.
Your session date isn't confirmed until you pay your deposit and sign your contract, meaning the date could be offered to another client.
What happens after ?
After you have paid your deposit, your date is confirmed! :)
I will send you a pre-shoot questionnaire to complete, a Welcome Guide and a Styling guide.
We can arrange a 15 min phone call to get to know each other. This is your opportunity to ask any questions *
On the shoot day, your final payment is required (package-deposit). After the shoot, you will be emailed a gallery of the best images around 2-3 weeks later.
You have 7 days to select your favourites. I will then make your 10 selected photos downloadable in the gallery without a watermark on it. Your matching prints will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
